The highlight of the day has been an inspiring interaction we had with a team member who has been with us since 1992. Rajesh, one of our most senior collaborators, has seen our company evolve over time, much like his own career.

“Looking back at my journey, it’s incredible to realize that I’ve been a part of MedActiv for the past 31 years! I started my career here as a Storekeeper, before being promoted to Sales Counter Clerk, and in 2008, to Supervisor.”

Rajesh reminisces about the three major renovations he has witnessed over the past few years, before sharing insights on his daily working routine. “I have always been associated with MedActiv La Chaussée, and it has been a genuine source of pride to witness its constant growth and modernization throughout the years. Today, amidst the responsibilities of handling suppliers’ relationships, addressing clients’ needs and nurturing a collaborative spirit among our fellow team members, I find myself drawn to the simple joy and deep sense of fulfilment that this routine holds.”

To conclude, this avid badminton enthusiast shares some wise words:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, every day is an opportunity to help those in need. We listen to our customers, assist them in getting the right medication and address their individual queries. Beyond that, our responsibility is also to lend a comforting ear to those who might feel anxious about their condition.

Learning! It’s quite exciting as we are constantly learning about new products. There are numerous brands and new references added to the portfolio on a regular basis. In addition to that, I love learning from my colleagues themselves. We always make sure that a pleasant atmosphere prevails in order to create the most effective experience for the clients, but also for ourselves, so that we feel comfortable in the environment we work in.
