I’ve always been driven to help others, be it in my professional and personal life. There is something special about the synergy that happens when we lend a hand to someone, and this gives me an indescribable sense of satisfaction. Furthermore, I am in a constant quest for professional growth and in a thirst for new challenges. I firmly believe that it’s through those challenges that we discover our true potential.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿?
I humbly started my career as a cashier and over the years, through dedication and hard work, got promoted to Team Lead. This transition has been a pivotal moment in my career and remains, by far, my greatest professional accomplishment. I believe that it’s a real testament as to how patience and perseverance pay off eventually.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀?
A simple yet meaningful belief: setting goals. For myself at first hand, and for the team I work in. I find it quite incredible when every team member is united by a common vision. This brings a sense of purpose, fosters collaboration, and maintains balance in every task carried out.
To end this special encounter, Brinda shares her motto; “Don’t wait for an opportunity; create it!”

The highlight of the day has been an inspiring interaction we had with a team member who has been with us since 1992. Rajesh, one of our most senior collaborators, has seen our company evolve over time, much like his own career.

“Looking back at my journey, it’s incredible to realize that I’ve been a part of MedActiv for the past 31 years! I started my career here as a Storekeeper, before being promoted to Sales Counter Clerk, and in 2008, to Supervisor.”

Rajesh reminisces about the three major renovations he has witnessed over the past few years, before sharing insights on his daily working routine. “I have always been associated with MedActiv La Chaussée, and it has been a genuine source of pride to witness its constant growth and modernization throughout the years. Today, amidst the responsibilities of handling suppliers’ relationships, addressing clients’ needs and nurturing a collaborative spirit among our fellow team members, I find myself drawn to the simple joy and deep sense of fulfilment that this routine holds.”

To conclude, this avid badminton enthusiast shares some wise words:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, every day is an opportunity to help those in need. We listen to our customers, assist them in getting the right medication and address their individual queries. Beyond that, our responsibility is also to lend a comforting ear to those who might feel anxious about their condition.

Learning! It’s quite exciting as we are constantly learning about new products. There are numerous brands and new references added to the portfolio on a regular basis. In addition to that, I love learning from my colleagues themselves. We always make sure that a pleasant atmosphere prevails in order to create the most effective experience for the clients, but also for ourselves, so that we feel comfortable in the environment we work in.
